Dynamic Fatigue Reliability Analysis of Transmission Gear Considering Failure Dependence

چکیده

Multiple failure modes and strength degradation are usually inherent in the gear transmission system, which brings new challenges for conducting fatigue reliability analysis design. This paper proposes a novel dynamic method dependence based on combination of Copula function Gamma process. Firstly, simulation model system is established to obtain stress-time history. The process then used describe establish stress-strength interference model. marginal distribution functions tooth contact dedendum bending calculated respectively Finally, joint two can be obtained by t-Copula characterize dependence, so considering estimated. effectiveness proposed illustrated with examples. results reveal temporal law effects reliability.
